How to replace your card on the web

Steps to request a new business debit card using the Mettle web app and details on replacement fees.

Replacing your card via the web app

If your card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can order a replacement directly from your computer without needing your phone.

  • Log in to your Mettle account on the web

  • Go to the 'Account' screen

  • Click on 'Replace card'

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your details and submit the request.

Delivery takes five working days.

Replacement fees

While Mettle is free to join, we do charge a £5 fee for card replacements if the reason is that your card was lost or damaged.

Important: This fee is scheduled to take effect from 11 May 2026.
