Replacing your card via the web app
If your card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can order a replacement directly from your computer without needing your phone.
Log in to your Mettle account on the web
Go to the 'Account' screen
Click on 'Replace card'
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your details and submit the request.
Replacement fees
While Mettle is free to join, we do charge a £5 fee for card replacements if the reason is that your card was lost or damaged.
Important: This fee is scheduled to take effect from 11 May 2026.
