Log in to your account
You can log back into your account using facial verification. Make sure you have the latest version of the Mettle app before you start.
Close the Mettle app and open it again.
Select ‘Log In’.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
Select ‘Continue’ when you reach the ‘Verify ID’ screen.
Follow the steps to record your facial verification video.
Set up your new passcode once your video is approved.
