What to do if your ID will not upload

If you are having trouble uploading your ID or video in the app, you should close all apps on your phone and try again.

How to close all apps

On iPhone:

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of your screen and hold your finger in the middle for two seconds.

  2. Swipe up on each app to close it.

On Android:

  1. Tap the three lines in the bottom left corner of your screen.

  2. Tap ‘Close all’.

Resubmit your ID

  1. Open the Mettle app again.

  2. Make sure it is the only app open on your phone.

  3. Try to upload your ID and video once more.
